Which cookies and storage we use, what for, and how you decide.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Consent in the Cookie Banner

On your first visit we ask whether we may use Google Analytics. "Decline" and "Accept" sit side by side as equals, nothing is pre-selected. Without your consent no analytics cookies are set. You can change your decision at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and do not ask.

2. Google Analytics Cookies (only with consent)

  • "_ga": distinguishes visitors pseudonymously, lifetime 2 years
  • "_ga_JNTF95PFFV": keeps the session state, lifetime 2 years

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Dublin. Purpose: reach measurement and understanding how the site is used. Legal basis: your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details in the privacy policy.

3. Strictly Necessary Storage

We use browser storage (Local Storage and Session Storage) that is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested, such as keeping your login session or storing interface settings.

  • "haukel-consent" (Local Storage): your decision in the cookie banner, valid for 12 months

Legal basis: As this storage is strictly necessary, no consent is required under Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. The related processing is based on our legitimate interest in a functioning service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Storage & Analytics in Apps

Our apps use on-device storage to keep your settings and content available. Optional analytics in the apps is only active if you enable it (opt-in). Details are in our privacy policy.

5. Managing Storage

You can change your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also delete locally stored data via your browser or device settings. Please note that deleting this data may end your login session and reset your settings.
